BLT Ranch Chicken                 

Breaded and fried boneless chicken breast layered in romaine lettuce, charred tomatoes and crisp bacon over garlic mashed and a creamy ranch sauce 



Chicken Sausage Paella                                                             

Sautéed chicken with chorizo sausage with peppers and onions over yellow seasoned rice 



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                                             

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a banana pepper chipotle aioli served with mashed potatoes and asparagus



Island Scallops                                                                                                

Deep sea scallops pan seared over pineapple scented rice, sweet honey roasted plantains and cilantro pesto
