Dinner Features April 13th, 2017


Appetizer:

Calamari Coctcha Lova                                                                                                                                                   

Fried calamari then sautéed with scallions, banana peppers and olives in a garlic white wine sauce dusted with asiago cheese     



Entrees:

Stuffed Chicken over Pasta Alfredo                                                                         

Stuffed boneless chicken breast with spinach, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and olives over pasta with a roasted red pepper alfredo sauce   



Rosemary Apple Chicken                                                                                                     

Boneless chicken breast with apples, zucchini artichoke hearts and scallions in a fresh rosemary white wine sauce over rice



Bourbon Street Stockyard Steak                                                                                                                 

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order topped with a New Orleans spicy bourbon mushroom onion sauce with a side of twice baked potato



Scallops and Crabmeat Primavera tossed with Pasta              

Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce tossed with pasta then dusted with asiago cheese  



Shrimp and Wild Mushrooms over Pasta                       

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello, button and shitake mushrooms in a garlic tarragon sherry cream sauce over pasta



Pan Seared Salmon over Asparagus                                   

Fresh salmon pan seared and topped with a basil balsamic tomato, onion, fresh mozzarella cheese and cucumber relish served with a side of rice and asparagus



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                             
            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
