Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan fried, served with a lemon caper butter sauce and presented over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears 

BLT Chicken
Boneless chicken breast seasoned and pan roasted, layered with romaine, tomatoes and bacon over garlic mashed potatoes, served with a chipotle remoulade

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® onions and mushrooms and served with broccoli and a salt crusted baked potato  

Jerk Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with jerk spices and served over Caribbean rice pilaf with pineapple salsa and sweet roasted plantains

Grilled Swordfish
Marinated and grilled swordfish finished with an olive tapenade and fresh lemon, served over pesto mashed potatoes

Blackened Salmon
Blackened pan seared salmon topped with a lemon garlic aioli and served over bacon and vinegar home fries

Shrimp Bruschetta Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and presented over creamy pasta alfredo topped with charred tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
