Dinner Features June 20

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus stockyard sirloin seasoned & char grilled to order, finished with bleu cheese mushroom hollandaise and sauce served with asparagus and mashed potatoes with onion mushroom gravy   

Chicken Primavera 
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Stuffed Peppers 
Sausage and rice stuffed green peppers with tomato and onion, topped with blackened chicken breast and a Cajun cheese sauce

Scallops & Crabmeat Stir Fry 
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with pea, carrot, scallion, onion surimi crabmeat fried rice

Jerked Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with jerk spices and finished with pesto aioli and onion rings, served over plantain mashed potatoes  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
