Dinner Features June 25

Char Grilled Stockyard
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with caramelized onions, shredded saganaki cheese and a twice baked potato   

Chicken Saltimbocca
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, kalamata olives and escarole in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over served over pasta and finished with asiago

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, black beans, jalapenos, tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and onions in a spicy wine sauce, served over rice and finished with tortilla chips

Jerk Crust Salmon 
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a jerked herb seasoning in lemon and white wine, topped with a fresh pineapple relish and served over asparagus with a side of rice

Basil Garden Scallops                                                                                       
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, Bermuda onions, roasted red peppers and broccoli in a fresh basil garlic marsala wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with aged goat cheese     

Shrimp Normandy 
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a white wine sauce, presented over rice pilaf and topped with French brie cheese           

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
