Dinner Features June 26

New York Style Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a mushroom onion Dijon sauce and served with a twice baked potato    

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust and topped with a fresh citrus salsa, presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Chicken with Summer Garden Greens & Pasta 
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with escarole, tomatoes and red onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Scallops Monte Carlo 
Deep sea scallops sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta    

Shrimp & Crabmeat Florentine 
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta 

Lemon Basil Salmon Aglio E Olio
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with lemon and white wine, served over pasta tossed with asparagus, fresh basil, garlic and olive oil     

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
