Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a bleu cheese mushrooms and served with cheddar broccoli and rosemary garlic roasted potatoes

Chicken Primavera
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with lemon, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast breaded and pan seared, finished with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with spinach, onions and artichoke hearts in a sherry cream sauce, served over rice

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with blackening spices and finished with sriracha mayonnaise and crispy onions, presented over asiago caramelized onion stacked potatoes

Ginger Seared Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna pan seared to your specification, finished with a ginger soy glaze and wasabi aioli, presented with garlic asparagus and steamed white rice
