16-ounce bone in Angus ribeye steak char grilled to order, finished with a house made sriracha A1 aioli steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Marinated and grilled chicken breast layered with vine ripened tomatoes fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil presented over garlic pasta aglio e olio

Buffalo Chicken Bomb Plate
Tender breaded chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, jalapenos and bleu cheese served over house made macaroni salad and garlic parmesan home fries   

Scallops & Crab
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over creamy asiago rice with bacon, crumbled sausage, tomatoes and onions, served with a surimi crab bundle  

Thai Garlic Chili Shrimp
Spice rubbed jumbo shrimp pan seared with scallions, peppers and onions in a red curry Thai garlic chili sauce, presented over soy marinated noodles

Grilled Blue Marlin
Mojito marinated Blue Marlin grilled and presented over island fried rice with raisins, scallions, peppers and plantain rice, topped with chimichurri sauce

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with crispy tabasco onions and served over scallion mashed potatoes in a pool of wasabi cucumber sauce

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
