Dinner Features June 19

Angus stockyard sirloin seasoned & char grilled to order, finished with a portobello onion marsala sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Lemon Oregano Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, peppers and onions in a lemon fresh oregano garlic sherry wine sauce, served with rice pilaf and finished with feta cheese 

Chicken Carbonara
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions in a light carbonara sauce, tossed with pasta

Scallops & Crabmeat Ala Romano
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives, tossed with pasta in a garlic white wine sauce & dusted with asiago cheese    

Sesame Curry Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and a garden vegetable medley in a sesame orange curry sauce, served over rice

Stuffed Blue Marlin
Fresh broiled Blue Marlin stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and aged goat cheese drizzled with a caper and fresh dill cream sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
