Dinner Features June 27

Grilled Stockyard Mason  
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a red wine mushroom sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless garlic chicken breast pan seared in a creamy alfredo sauce with steamed broccoli served over pasta

Barbeque Grilled Chicken Nachos 
Crispy tortilla corn chips topped with grilled barbeque chicken, jalapeños, scallions, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese sauce finished with a nacho cheese sauce and smoky aioli

Scallops Primavera 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, peppers, onions and garlic in a lemon white wine sauce, tossed with pasta 

Crispy Shrimp & Grits  
Crispy pan fried black pepper floured jumbo shrimp presented over bacon scallion cheddar grits served with chipotle sriracha dipping sauce

Blackened Salmon   
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices, finished with a chipotle aioli and crispy onions, presented over leek mashed potatoes & served with broccoli hollandaise  

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
