Dinner Features June 15th, 2018


                       Hickory Smoked Ribeye                                                              

Hickory smoked grilled ribeye with garlic buttered mashed potatoes, crispy tabasco onions and a sriracha A1 aioli



                       Bangkok Crispy Sweet & Sour Chicken              

Crispy tempura fried chicken tossed with ginger, garlic, spicy onions, carrots pineapple and peppers 




Marinated and blackened grilled chicken layered with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese sauce, crumbled bacon sausage then topped with guacamole and a fresh salsa sour cream

Pan seared scallops tossed with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers and asparagus in a lemon white wine sauce over pasta

Honey Bacon Pepper Salmon                         

Black pepper bacon wrapped salmon served with buttered corn mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a lemon honey remoulade

Mojito marinated grilled Blue Marlin over island fried rice with raisins, scallions, peppers and plantain rice topped with chimichurri sauce
