Dinner Features June 10

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin marinated and char grilled to perfection, served with garlic lemon aioli, cheddar broccoli and a loaded baked potato  

Buffalo Chicken Plate 
Tempura battered chicken breast tossed with buffalo sauce and finished with a smoke house ranch dressing, served over macaroni salad and garlic parmesan home fries 

Hunan Chicken
Boneless garlic chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, scallions, peppers and onions in an Asian soy brown sauce, served over rice  

Scallops & Crabmeat with Rice                        
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat pan seared with bacon, asparagus and onions presented over creamy asiago cheesy rice 

Shrimp Scampi Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with grape tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with crispy onions and served over wasabi mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Lemon Caper Bronzini
Bronzini is known as the Mediterranean Seabass with its similarity of the flavor and texture of the red snapper.  The filet is pan seared in a lemon caper butter sauce and served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
