Dinner Features June 9

Grilled Picnic Stockyard
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with chipotle A1® mushrooms and onions, served with house made potato salad and barbeque bacon baked beans

Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken
Boneless breaded and fried chicken breast stuffed with bacon and cream cheese jalapeños, presented in a pool of cilantro creamed corn over scallion mashed potatoes and finished with house made salsa    

Honey Lime Garlic Ginger Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with mushrooms, broccoli, onions and peppers in a sweet and sour honey lime garlic ginger sauce, served over steamed white rice

Blackened Creole Scallops 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices and presented over creole macaroni and cheese with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a Cajun cheddar sauce, served with toasted pita  

Fried Shrimp & Grits
Crispy fried jumbo shrimp presented over bacon cheddar grits and apple raisin beignets served with a side of chipotle sriracha dipping sauce

Sesame Crusted Tuna
Sesame big eye Tuna with stir fried noodle salad, soy and wasabi glaze

Mediterranean Bronzini
Pan seared Bronzini filet served over garlic mashed potatoes.  Bronzini is known as the Mediterranean Seabass with its similarity of the flavor and texture of the red snapper.  The filet is tossed with braised fennel, onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives and spinach in a tomato broth      

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
