Dinner Features June 8th, 2018


Grilled Picnic Stockyard                                                        

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with house made potato salad, bbq bacon baked beans and topped with chipotle A1 mushrooms and onions



                       Honey Mustard Pickle Chicken                         

Southern fried chicken breast topped with crisp lettuce, tomatoes and deep fried spicy hot pickles over mashed potatoes and finished with a sweet and spicy honey mustard sauce  



                       Mongolian BBQ Chicken                              

Pan seared honey bbq chicken tossed with mushrooms, broccoli, onions and peppers with rice and honey bbq brown sauce over noodles  

                       

                       Mediterranean Bronzini                                              

Pan seared Bronzini filet served over garlic mashed potatoes.  Bronzini is known as the Mediterranean Seabass with its similarity of the flavor and texture of the red snapper.  The filet is tossed with braised fennel, onions, tomatoes, kalamata olives and spinach in a tomato broth      



Scallops & Crab                                                                    

Pan seared scallops over creamy asiago cheese rice tossed with onion, tomatoes, surimi crab and bacon then finished with garlic butter and asiago cheese



Shrimp Creole Mac & Cheese                  

Pan seared creole rubbed jumbo tiger shrimp over smoky macaroni and cheese infused with chorizo sausage, peppers and onion

Sesame Crusted Tuna                                   

Sesame big eye Tuna with stir fried noodle salad, soy and wasabi glaze



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                 

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                       

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
