Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with A1® mushrooms and onions, chipotle mayonnaise, served with cottage fries and broccoli hollandaise

Baked Chicken Meatball Parmesan  
House made chicken meatballs served over baked ziti parmesan with garlic butter toasted pita bread

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, peppers and onions in an Asian soy brown sauce, served over rice  

Scallops & Clams 
Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with littleneck clams, onions and asparagus in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

BLT Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon, spinach, tomatoes, onions and garlic in an asiago cream sauce, served over white rice   

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a French onion aioli and served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
