Dinner Features June 24

Char Grilled Stockyard     
Angus stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with battered chipotle mushrooms, garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and buttered asparagus spears  

Hunan Chicken 
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, celery, peppers and onions in a soy garlic brown sauce, served over white rice 

Chicken & Biscuits 
Southern fried chicken breast presented over mashed potatoes smothered in sausage gravy and served with a house made cheddar biscuit

Bacon Asparagus Scallops      
Deep sea scallops pan seared with and presented over a creamy bacon asparagus onion infused rice with asiago cheese     

Crispy Shrimp & Grits 
Crispy pan fried black pepper floured jumbo shrimp presented over bacon scallion cheddar grits with chipotle aioli

Fresh Herb Salmon  
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a fresh herb crust, finished with a lemon apple walnut conserve and a honey drizzle, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus

Fresh Broiled Haddock     
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
