Dinner Features June 18

Flower City Grilled Stockyard Steak & Turf
Angus stockyard sirloin seasoned & char grilled to order accompanied by a grilled shrimp skewer, finished with a sun-dried tomato basil goat cheese butter and served with oven roasted lemon potato wedges

Island Cottage Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with plantains, fresh spinach and artichoke hearts in a citrus sherry wine sauce, served over potato onion au gratin

Scallops Fra Diablo
Deep sea scallops sautéed with jalapeños, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta 

Shrimp Jardinière
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with celery, peas, carrots, peppers and onions in a light garlic white wine sauce, served over smashed potatoes  

Herb Crust Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in an herb crust and finished with a caper cream sauce, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
