Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings, served with a caramelized burgundy onion steak sauce and a twice baked potato

Boneless barbeque grilled chicken breast and a char-grilled shrimp skewer paired with homemade macaroni salad and Mexicali corn

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, scallions and French brie cheese in a basil sherry wine sauce, served over pasta   

Scallops & Crabmeat Santa Maria
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with jalapeños, zucchini, peppers and onions in a spicy garlic salsa sauce, served over pasta and finished with shredded mozzarella cheese

Garden Wasabi Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a sherry garlic sauce, presented over rice and drizzled with a cucumber wasabi sauce  

Marinated Chargrilled Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna marinated and char grilled to your specification, topped with a tomato caper tapenade and presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice  

Mediterranean Pan Seared Bronzini
Bronzini is known as the Mediterranean Seabass with its similarity of the flavor and texture of the red snapper.  The filet is pan seared in a light wine sauce with fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and kalamata olives, served over rice and dusted with feta cheese

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
