Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, finished with a house made sriracha A1 aioli steak sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, peppers and onions in a garlic brown brown sauce, served over rice  

Chicken Sausage Rice Burrito
An XXL burrito stuffed with tender chicken, sausage, rice, peppers and onions smothered in a pepperjack cheese sauce and presented over our house made macaroni salad

Lemon Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan roasted with broccoli, asparagus, peppers, onions, lemon and basil in a asiago cream sauce

Shrimp Creole
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a spicy sriracha marinara sauce, served over rice

Grilled Blue Marlin
Mojito marinated Blue Marlin grilled and finished with pineapple salsa, presented over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Honey Herb Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with a lemon honey drizzle, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
