Dinner Features June 12

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a bleu cheese hollandaise and served with buffalo cottage fries and asparagus spears  

Kung Pao Chicken
Boneless garlic ginger marinated chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, peppers and onions in sweet and sour sauce, served over rice

Southwestern Chicken 
Boneless chicken breast char grilled with blackening spices, served over sweet corn mashed potatoes layered with fresh corn chips and topped with house made salsa and sour cream 

Scallops Au Gratin
Deep sea scallops pan seared and served over a baked potato au gratin with ham, onions and a creamy pea coulis    

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in a lemon garlic white wine butter sauce, tossed with pasta 

Sesame Crusted Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna Steak
Fresh ahi tuna sesame crusted and pan seared to your specification, finished with a ginger soy glaze and wasabi aioli, presented with tempura broccoli florets and steamed white rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
