Picnic Stockyard                                                                             

Blackened Stockyard Sirloin with macaroni salad , grilled vegetable stack and a house made steak sauce topped with crispy onions



                       Creole Chicken & Cornbread                             

Cajun rubbed grilled chicken over corn buttered mashed potatoes with black bean corn salsa and corn bread



                        Linguini & Clams                                                 

Steamed little neck clams, toasted garlic, onions and surf clams in a white wine butter sauce over linguini pasta and a toasted baguette

                       

Bacon Asparagus Scallops Risotto                                                                                                  Pan seared scallops tossed with bacon, onion and rice in  a creamy asparagus alfredo                      



Shrimp Gumbo                                        

Pan seared shrimp tossed with peppers, onions, garlic in a spicy sriracha marinera over rice



Hong Kong Crispy Pork                                   

 Pan fried crispy pork tossed with scallions, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli and red peppers all over rice



Corn Meal Crusted Bronzini                   

Corn meal crusted and pan fried Bronzini (AKA Mediterranean Sea Bass) over mashed potatoes and topped with a garlic and tomato wilted spinach  



Grilled Ahi Tuna                                          

Seasoned grilled Ahi Tuna over a vegetable noodle stir fry with a cucumber wasabi sauce and ginger soy glaze



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                         

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
