Dinner Features June 2

Stockyard Con Flamingo
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, paired with a three-cheese quesadilla and two over easy eggs, finished with fresh salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and cheddar cheese

Baked Chicken Meatball Parmesan
House made chicken meatballs served over baked ziti parmesan with garlic butter toasted pita bread

Chicken Chop Suey
Boneless chicken breast pan fried with mushrooms, broccoli, onions and peppers in an Asian sweet and sour sauce, served over white rice

Scallops Greco
Deep sea scallops wrapped in bacon and pan seared, topped with spinach, artichokes and feta cheese, presented over mashed potatoes

Shrimp & Clam Gumbo 
Jumbo shrimp, whole clams and chopped clams pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce, served over white rice

Salmon Florentine
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and presented over mashed potatoes with wilted spinach, garlic, grape tomatoes and onions in a white wine butter sauce              
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
