Dinner Features June 23

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with mashed potatoes with a mushroom gravy and a side of broccoli hollandaise
 
Chicken Bacon Avocado Ranch Stack
Tender buttermilk fried chicken breast layered with mashed potatoes, crisp lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, bacon and avocado finished with a smoky ranch dressing 

Southwestern Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices presented over chorizo sausage, roasted corn, peppers and onions sautéed in Cajun Alfredo sauce over pasta

Scallops Au Gratin 
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over baked three cheese macaroni and cheese, served with garlic toasted pita

Shrimp & Clam Scampi
Jumbo shrimp and chopped clams pan seared with garlic and onions in a white wine butter sauce over pasta

Barbeque Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with a hickory honey barbeque glaze, presented over leek buttered mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Grilled Swordfish
Fresh swordfish marinated and char grilled, finished with pineapple salsa and pesto aioli, served over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
