Happy New Year! Dinner Features January 1


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with caramelized onions, butternut cream sauce and a twice baked potato

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, garlic and scallions tossed with pasta in a creamy Alfredo sauce

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with basil, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and sweet peppers tossed with pasta and garlic wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Herb Crusted Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi filet pan seared in an herb crust with wild mushrooms and fresh rosemary, served with rice pilaf and beurre rouge

Shrimp Choron
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, peas and caramelized onions presented over asparagus spears with sauce choron  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Fish Fry
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
