Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned with cracked black peppercorns and char grilled to perfection, presented over burgundy mushroom gravy and served with asparagus and a twice baked potato

Honey Guinness Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a honey Guinness pan sauce served with broccoli and cheddar bacon mashed

Chicken Bacon Mushroom Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and mushrooms in a white wine garlic Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Scallops & Crabmeat Marinara
Deep sea scallops pan seared with surimi crabmeat, prosciutto, fresh basil and garlic in a white wine tomato sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with a sesame crust, finished with an orange ginger butter and presented over teriyaki glazed asparagus and rice pilaf 

Sicilian Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with vine ripe tomatoes, kalamata olives, banana peppers, onions and garlic in a sherry lemon sauce, served over ziti pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
