Dinner Features January 16

Steak and Shrimp
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, accompanied by a grilled shrimp skewer, topped with a parmesan peppercorn cream sauce and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Chicken Chorizo Bowl
Boneless Cajun chicken breast and chorizo sausage sautéed with tomatoes, corn, black beans, bell peppers, red onions and garlic served over rice pilaf and topped with fresh avocado and tortilla strips

Panko Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko herb crust, topped with an apple cider honey reduction and presented over mashed sweet potatoes, served with sautéed Brussels sprouts

Sriracha Citrus Mahi Mahi
Fresh sriracha and citrus marinated mahi mahi broiled and topped with Asian slaw, served over white rice with broccoli

Basil Feta Scallops
Sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, capers and fresh garlic in a lemon basil white wine pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with feta cheese 

Shrimp Caprese
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh basil and grape tomatoes in a white wine pesto pan sauce, topped with fresh mozzarella and a balsamic reduction, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
