Wild Mushroom Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled and topped with a wild mushroom burgundy gravy, served with a baked sweet potato 

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter in pan seared a lemon sherry pan sauce with artichoke hearts, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with prosciutto and fresh garlic, served over pasta    

Barramundi Tropicale
Fresh barramundi filet char grilled with Jamaican spices and topped with a pineapple salsa, served over rice pilaf with a side of broccoli

Scallops & Crab Arrabiata
Sea scallops and crab claw meat pan seared in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Teriyaki Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli, carrots, sweet peppers and onions in a house made teriyaki sauce, presented over white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
