Friday 29th January Dinner Features




Beef Cacciatore Grilled Beef stockyard sirloin over rice pilaf with peppers, onions and mushrooms, served with a white wine herb marinara and grated parmesan cheese.



Fusion Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with lentils, carrots, celery and onions, in a spinach and sweet coriander broth, topped with a honey sriracha.



 Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and spinach, roasted in a panko crust over pasta with mornay sauce.    



Tomato Balsamic Ahi Tuna Sliced Ahi Tuna pan seared rare with shaved prosciutto ham, vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with a honey-balsamic glaze.



Blue Marlin Char-grilled Blue Marlin presented with sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers topped with a bacon blue cheese butter.



Piccata Sea Scallops  Sea scallops pan seared with wild mushrooms and capers tossed with pasta in a horseradish lemon cream.



Cioppino Sautéed tiger shrimp, salmon, clams, and white fish with roasted tomatoes, basil, carrots and celery simmered in a tomato broth, served with a crostini.    



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  



Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
