Dinner Features January 4


Char Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and caramelized onions, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic basil marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken ala Verde
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, zucchini and fresh spinach in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Scallops Carbonara
Deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, mushrooms, peas and onions in a light Carbonara sauce, tossed with pasta  

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh pan seared mahi mahi filet topped with carrot caper relish and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
