Dinner Features Friday 8th January 2016

Scotch Ale Beef Stockyard Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with scotch ale caramelized mushrooms and onions, served with a twice baked potato and fresh asparagus.

Hawaiian Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with sweet red peppers, onion, pineapple and scallions in a house made teriyaki sauce over white rice with steamed broccoli.

Spinach & Artichoke Chicken Alfredo   Pan seared chicken breast, spinach and artichokes tossed in a creamy white wine alfredo sauce over pasta with parmesan-asiago cheese and a side of garlic bread.

Herb Crusted Sea Scallops Pan seared panko and herb crusted sea scallops over sautéed baby spinach, asparagus, zucchini, roasted tomatoes and garlic, finished with a balsamic reduction.   

Mediterranean Barramundi Char-grilled Barramundi topped with balsamic roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives and a rosemary feta cheese, served over bacon wrapped asparagus.

Garlic Shrimp Mac & Cheese Jumbo shrimp broiled in garlic butter and white wine presented over a sundried tomato, bacon and roasted garlic macaroni & cheese.  

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna over a soy-ginger reduction topped with avocado, served with white rice and asparagus spears. 

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
