Dinner Features Friday 15th January


Pecan Mustard Stockyard  Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with a toasted pecan mustard  and scallions, served with white cheddar mashed potatoes.



Thai Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, chick peas and carrots with a cilantro-lime rice and sriracha.  



Country Chicken Herb crusted chicken breast with white cheddar mashed potatoes and a chicken gravy.



Rainbow Trout Pan-seared herb crusted rainbow trout presented with mashed sweet potatoes and sherry onions.



Mahi Mahi Etouffe Grilled cajun seasoned Mahi over rice with Creole stew of celery, peppers and scallions.



Scallops Arrabiata Sea scallops pan seared with basil and garlic tossed with pasta and cheese curds in a spicy tomato sauce.    



Shrimp Alfredo Sautéed  tiger shrimp, bacon, roasted garlic and pasta tossed with a blue cheese alfredo sauce and scallions.    



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  



Fish Fry  Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
