Dinner Specials 21st January


Chicken Stroganoff Boneless chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, peas, egg noodles and bacon bleu cheese butter sauce finished with a dollop of sour cream



Pecan Crusted Ahi Tuna Ahi Tuna steak pan seared to order with a pecan crust, presented with a sauté of spinach, peppers and  onions, finished with a lemon vinaigrette  



Italian Sausage Classico Italian sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes tossed with fresh basil, ziti pasta and a marinara sauce, topped with feta cheese



Cajun Seasoned Beef Stockyard beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to order and presented with sherry-onions and melted asiago cheese, served with roasted cauliflower mashed potatoes



Cilantro Sea Scallops Sea scallops pan seared with cilantro, black beans, tomatoes and garlic served with rice and a sriracha aioli



Shrimp Alfredo Jumbo shrimp pan seared with sun dried tomatoes, basil and roasted garlic served with pasta and a creamy Alfredo sauce



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
