Dinner features for 27th January 2016

Basil Mornay Beef Stockyard Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with a fresh basil-mornay sauce, served with a sweet potato pecan casserole and a maple rum butter.

Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast Roasted chicken breast stuffed with panko, crumbly blue cheese, sun dried tomatoes and spinach, served over a roasted red pepper alfredo with pasta.   

Spicy Taco Chicken Taco seasoned chicken breast sautéed with peppers, onions, tomatoes, black beans and chorizo, in a garlic sauce over rice with shredded cheddar, garnished with tortilla chips.   

Tiger Shrimp Rossa Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and Italian sausage in a garlic white wine marinara sauce over pasta.   

Crusted Mahi Mahi Pan-seared Mahi-Mahi with a pecan biscotti crust served with a sherry sauce, wild rice and asparagus spears, topped with caramelized onions and granny smith apples   

Asiago Sea Scallops Pasta Pan-seared Sea scallops with garden vegetables and mushrooms in a garlic sherry asiago sauce tossed with ziti pasta.   

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
