Sweet Potato Chicken and Waffle
Boneless chicken pan seared with a panko sweet potato crust, presented over a Belgium style sweet potato waffle and finished with maple rum butter                      

Bacon Bleu Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with bacon and bleu cheese crumbles, char grilled to perfection and finished with garlic herb butter, served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes

Meatloaf Sliders
Three of our homemade meatloaf sliders topped with barbeque sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese, served with sweet potato fries

Barramundi Tropicale
Fresh barramundi filet char grilled with Jamaican spices topped with a fresh pineapple salsa and served over wild rice and black beans     

Blackened Ahi Tuna
Fresh Ahi Tuna steak dusted with Cajun spices and blackened on a cast iron skillet presented with sauce beurre blanc and served with asparagus spears and wild rice   

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and topped with rosemary hollandaise presented over an herb infused potato pancake and served with asparagus spears    

Sea Scallops Cacciatore
Sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions, capers, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine roasted tomato marinara sauce, served over ziti

Pesto Alfredo Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic in a creamy pesto Alfredo sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
