Dinner Features January 18

Thai Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with carrots, red bell peppers, onions, scallions and fresh cilantro in a Thai peanut sauce, served over white rice    

Chicken Swiss
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with ham and onions in a creamy Swiss Alfredo sauce with garlic served over pasta   

Pico Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet seasoned and char grilled, topped with house made pico de gallo and fresh lime, served over rice pilaf  

Guinness Sirloin Medallions
Beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with Guinness ® caramelized onions and served with a twice baked potato

Honey Ale Scallops
Sea scallops broiled and topped with a honey ale sauce served with mashed sweet potatoes and sautéed Brussels sprouts

Shrimp Margarita
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic in marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with fresh mozzarella cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  

Vegetable Lasagna
This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad
