Dinner Features January 19

Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast seasoned and char grilled, presented over baby spinach with apples, pecans, dried cranberries and feta cheese served with lemon vinaigrette     

Ahi Tacos
Our own fish tacos made with ahi tuna char grilled to order, lettuce, avocado and pico de gallo, served in two soft tortilla shells with white rice and seasoned black beans

Chicken Mushroom Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Sesame Crusted Ahi
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order in a sesame crust, topped with a Thai peanut sauce and presented over teriyaki glaze, served with rice pilaf and broccoli   

Blackened Bleu Sirloin Medallions
Beef sirloin medallions seasoned with Cajun spices and blackened on a cast iron skillet, topped with crumbly bleu cheese and served with roasted garlic cheddar mashed potatoes  

Scallops French
Sea scallops egg battered and pan seared with artichoke hearts in a lemon sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Tempura Shrimp
Crispy lightly battered jumbo shrimp with sriracha aioli, served over white rice with steamed broccoli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
