Dinner Features January 28

Char Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin dry rubbed with a sweet coriander rub and char grilled to perfection, presented with a sauté of carrots, lentils and celery, finished with a honey sriracha glaze and served with a twice baked potato 

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast, mushrooms, tomatoes, sweet peppers and roasted garlic sautéed with pesto oil and tossed with pasta, finished with asiago cheese

Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and spinach, roasted in a panko crust and served over pasta with mornay sauce    

Cuban Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with jalapeño peppers presented with a Cuban black bean stew and sour cream    

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna pan seared to order and served with a pecan maple rum sweet potato casserole

Sicilian Sea Scallops
Sea scallops pan-seared with Italian sausage, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and scallions with pasta and a red wine garlic marinara sauce, topped with feta cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
