Dinner Features January 12

Flower City Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented over crumbly bleu smashed potatoes and wild greens, finished with caramelized rosemary onions

Marinated beef tenderloin, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes grilled to order and presented over rice pilaf, served with a Greek salad

Balsamic Chicken
Boneless chicken sautéed with bacon, Brussels sprouts, onions and mushrooms in a garlic balsamic sherry wine glaze, served over rice

Pecan Biscotti Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan biscotti crust in sherry wine sauce, topped with an apple cream sauce and presented over cinnamon fried sweet potatoes

Stuffed Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet stuffed with orzo pasta, tomatoes, spinach and olives broiled in lemon and white wine, topped with a tarragon cream sauce and served with asparagus spears and a side of rice pilaf

Scallops Angelina
Sea scallops broiled with tomatoes, garlic, lemon and Marsala wine topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Ala Romano
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crab sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and olives in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
