Dinner Features January 14

Char Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with toasted pecan mustard, white cheddar and scallions, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Napoli
Boneless chicken sautéed with roasted garlic and basil tossed with a spicy arrabiata sauce, pasta and cheese curds  

Blackened Chicken Alfredo
Boneless Cajun seasoned chicken breast sautéed with prosciutto, and sherry onions, tossed with pasta and bleu cheese Alfredo

Rainbow Trout
Fresh rainbow trout baked with tomatoes, oil and fresh rosemary served with roasted sweet potatoes

Scallops Toscana
Sea scallops pan seared with marinated garbanzo beans, shaved brussel sprouts and stewed tomatoes tossed with pasta and lemon garlic sauce, finished with asiago cheese   

Shrimp Etouffée
Jumbo shrimp simmered in Creole style gravy with peppers, scallions and celery served over rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
