Dinner Specials 20th January 2016


Thai Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with apples, carrots, mushrooms and cilantro tossed in a peanut sauce with rice.     



Pecan Crusted Ahi Tuna Pan seared pecan and panko crusted Ahi Tuna with sherry-onions and sweet peppers served with rice and a sriracha aioli.



Italian Sausage Classico Italian sausage, peppers, onions and tomatoes tossed with fresh basil, ziti pasta and a marinara sauce, topped with feta cheese.



Cajun Seasoned Beef Stockyard Grilled and seasoned 10oz beef stockyard presented over a black bean rice and broccoli, topped with a bacon blue cheese butter and scallions.   



Pork & Lime Sea Scallops Sautéed Sea scallops with cilantro, lime and pulled pork over steamed spinach with a pico de gallo.  



 Carmella’s Shrimp Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp with prosciutto ham, peas, roasted red peppers and garlic, with a marsala cream over pasta.



Fresh Broiled Haddock  Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
