Boneless chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, zucchini and artichoke hearts in a zesty garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Scallops Lambrusco
Deep sea scallops sautéed with prosciutto, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and fresh spinach in a Lambrusco wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese

Dill Sesame Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak coated with sesame dill peppercorns and grilled to order, topped with a caper carrot relish and served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf
