Friday dinner features 22nd January


Southwest Beef Stockyard Grilled dry-rubbed Cajun seasoned Beef stockyard sirloin with peppers, onions and black beans topped with an avocado-lime crème fraîche, served with jalapeno-cheddar mashed potatoes.



Thai Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, roasted red peppers, garlic and cilantro, over rice with a sriracha aioli.  



Six Cheese Buffalo Mac Chicken breast, bacon and ziti pasta combined with cream, a spicy buffalo sauce and a six cheese blend, topped with a baked blue cheese crust.  



Grilled Ahi Tuna Salad Grilled Ahi Tuna over mixed greens with pecans, craisins, cherry tomatoes and scallions served with a lemon vinaigrette.



Salmon Puttanesca Savory pan-seared Salmon filet with capers, mushrooms and tomatoes over pasta with a white wine marinara.



Rustic Sea Scallops Sea scallops pan seared with prosciutto ham, sweet peas and caramelized onions, tossed with pasta and a roasted garlic cream sauce with parmesan cheese.  



Seafood Newburg  Sautéed tiger shrimp, salmon, clams, tomato and basil over rice with a light sherry cream.    



Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter  



Fish Fry Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
