Dinner Features April 2

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with barbeque onions, paired with scallion potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream and served with broccoli hollandaise
Southwestern Chicken
Blackened barbeque chicken breast served over mashed potatoes, cream corn sauce and salsa avocado sour cream

Chicken Chop Suey
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, onions and peppers served with yellow vegetable fried rice

Scallops & Crab Risotto
Pan fried butter scallops and surimi crabmeat presented over creamy risotto style rice with bacon, tomatoes, onions and asiago cheese  

Shrimp Bruschetta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh basil, grape tomatoes, garlic and red onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a bacon avocado aioli and presented over basmati rice with asparagus spears  

Fried Calamari
Deep fried calamari tossed with parmesan cheese, pepperoncini, red bell peppers and scallions, served with a lemon garlic aioli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
