Dinner Features April 14

Loco Moco
Half pound Angus Reserve ground beef burger grilled and presented over ham & onion fried rice, smothered with a rich brown gravy and finished with two over easy eggs

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with a spice rub, served with cheddar broccoli and sausage gravy smothered cottage fries

Buffalo Chicken Plate
Tender breaded chicken breast tossed with buffalo sauce and finished with a house made bleu cheese aioli, served over jalapeno macaroni salad and garlic parmesan home fries

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli, artichokes, peppers and onions in a creamy asiago cheese sauce, served over rice and finished with crispy onions

BLT Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp seared and tossed with bacon, spinach, tomatoes, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta  

Mediterranean Swordfish
Fresh marinated & grilled swordfish served over mashed potatoes with wilted spinach, stewed tomatoes and Kalamata olives in butter sauce, finished with onion aioli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
