Boneless chicken breast pan seared with jerk spices with fresh pineapple, tomatoes and zucchini in a lemon garlic white wine sauce, serve over rice

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montreal seasonings, finished with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and a basil relish, served with a twice baked potato
