Dinner Features April 25

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, dusted with herb bread crumbs and topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, finished with melted asiago cheese and served with a twice baked potato  

Park Place Chicken Salad
Marinated and char-grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, strawberries, dried cranberries, broccoli and onions, served with dressing of your choice

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta with fresh broccoli

Scallops & Crabmeat Sesame Orange Stir Fry
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat in a stir fry with shiitake mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables with a sesame orange teriyaki sauce, served over rice  

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Portobello mushrooms, jalapenos, tomatoes, and julienned peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi stuffed with spinach, artichokes hearts, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese, drizzled with a Florentine caper cream sauce and presented over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
