Dinner Features April 16

Tender stewed chicken in country gravy with celery, onions and carrots presented over mashed potatoes and topped with crumbled biscuits

Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, asparagus, onions and garlic in an lemon scented alfredo sauce, served over potato cannelloni    

Cajun Shrimp Pasta
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a Cajun cream sauce, served over pasta  

Tropical Swordfish
Fresh swordfish marinated and grilled, finished with a fresh pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
