Dinner Features April 19th, 2018



Tender breaded chicken tossed in a sweet and sour sesame sauce over white rice and

broccoli.  



Mushroom & Onion Stockyard                                                                                                                                

Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled, served over mashed potatoes with a broccoli hollandaise an A1 onion and mushroom sauce with

a chipotle mayo.



                       Chicken Piccatta      

Southern breaded fried chicken cutlet over mashed potatoes and asparagus in a white wine lemon caper sauce. 



                        Blackened Sea Scallops & Creole Mac                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Blackened sea scallops over a creole mac and cheese tossed with chorizo, onions and peppers.     



Shrimp Bacon Florentine                             

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with garlic, onion, tomatoes, bacon and wilted spinach in a garlic butter over white steamed rice.   



Pineapple Jerked Swordfish OR Mahi Mahi                                                                  

Your choice of Fresh swordfish OR Mahi Mahi marinated and grilled then served over pesto mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with caramelized pineapple.


                        Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                    

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
