Dinner Features April 10

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese
Our homemade macaroni and cheese kicked up a notch with buffalo sauce and shredded chicken. Served with a side of garlic bread

Montreal Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin and char grilled with Montreal seasonings, finished with a burgundy Portobello onion sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Coconut Curry Chicken
Boneless garlic chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, peppers and onions in a sesame curry orange sauce, served over rice and dusted with toasted coconut   

Scallops & Wild Mushrooms
Deep sea scallops sautéed with button, Portobello and shiitake mushrooms in a sherry tarragon roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta    
 Shrimp ala York
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry cream sauce served over pasta

Herb Crusted Wahoo
Fresh wahoo filet pan seared in a panko herb crust with lemon and sherry wine, topped with a warm balsamic corn relish 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
