Dinner Features April 13th, 2018


Blackened Stockyard                                                                        

Cast iron blackened Stockyard Sirloin with sriracha mashed potatoes, asparagus and a chipotle mushroom steak sauce



                       Lemon Caper Chicken                                          

Tender breaded chicken cutlet over mashed potatoes and asparagus finished in a lemon caper butter sauce



                       Chicken & Biscuits                                                     

Southern fried chicken breast over mashed potatoes, sausage gravy and house made biscuits



Scallops & Crab Perogies                                                    

Pan seared scallops and surimi crab tossed with peas, ham and onions in garlic butter sauce over potatoes stuffed jumbo perogies  



Shrimp Gumbo                                               

Pan seared jumbo tiger shrimp tossed with garlic, onions, chorizo, red peppers, green peppers and a hearty tomato sauce over rice



                       Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna                             

Pan seared sesame crusted ahi tuna paired with soy noodles, stir fried vegetables and orange sesame glaze



                        Grilled Swordfish                                          

Mojo marinated grilled swordfish over pesto mashed potatoes, asparagus and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                                        

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
